Office Manager (Fluence In English)

Outcubator is looking for an Office Manager, who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in office management, join our team in Hanoi.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for end to end management of office operations and needs, and compliance with local labor and business requirements;Serve as point of contact for internal and external parties for accounting, payroll, purchasing, and employee management;Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures in line with the company culture and ensure that the team observes these rules and policies;Coordinate and work with the global operations teams and other office managers regarding holidays and events in your office and other operational and team engagement strategies and activities;Support the team by serving as the go-to person for any assistance or questions that they may have and manage the team in terms of providing training, coaching, and counseling. Provide valuable feedback regarding their performance and behavior as employees;Report office financials and accounting requirements to the HQ by communicating with our internal accountants;Organize employee events and assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
