- Manage all works related to import and export documents by sea/air and work with foreign agents- Support Sales in pricing, handling troubles in work, customers- Search, establish and develop a system of new agents and partners: shipping lines, airlines, carriers, foreign agent networks inside and outside the association.- Directly resolve all complaints from Agents or Customers- Take care, maintain and develop the company's customer system, handle nominated shipments.- Take primary responsibility for managing and operating the daily operations of the OPS department, building and training employees;- Read service contracts and find the best prices for special routes or goods.- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to the operations of the OPS department and company
