**Responsibilities:
• Assisting operation departments in evaluating financial performance and systems utilization;
• Maintaining the necessary internal controls required to safeguard the property’s assets and integrity, utilizing company guidelines;
• Evaluating and communicating payable accounts and implement correctional courses of action;
• Ensuring compliance with existing internal and external accounting policies and procedures pertaining to one more operational areas;
• Safeguarding all confidential information;
• Overseeing the timely charge of payables; maintain the A/P system; reconcile daily payables;
• Participate and guide the month end closing process; prepare A/P system aging reports and status of account write offs; review agent commission payments;
• Engaging supervisory skills that inspire and empower concerned people;
• Meeting job requirements, assignments and adhering strictly to departmental and company policies.
• Other duties as instructed by Manager.

- Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- Graduated Bachelor or above.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Professional appearance.
- Good communication, fluent in English is an advantage.
- Able to work under high pressure, good organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
