Payment Operations Executive (Forex Exchange Domain)

We are looking to fill a Payment Operations Executive role, meaning your workday will comprise both Compliance-related tasks and Operations (Payments) related tasks. We are looking for a keen and energetic candidate, who is looking to either begin a career in the Financial Services industry or to build on any FX/Payments/Compliance experience that you have previously gained in the industry.Description:. Check for accuracy and amend details on all incoming payments when required.. Monitor outgoing payments in our systems and prepare them for release when ready.. Confirm the accuracy of FX trades booked by our trading desk.. Review new application forms and enter customer information into our system.. Perform ad hoc sanction screening of payments and escalate any issues identified from the screening.. Review transaction monitoring alerts generated from the transaction monitoring system.. Follow established policies and procedures.. Carry out other administrative tasks, such as record-keeping of customer-related files, as required.. Face-to-face training, as well as remote training, will be provided.
