* Proactively collaborate with Account Heads, sales team and bank partners to understand the challenges, identify potential issues and propose solutions to support the business on regular basis.* Conduct strategic analysis, propose and take charge of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement these strategies.* Responsible for internal and external business meetings and management discussions to assist decision-making processes.In charge of the execution process and driving necessary workstreams regarding operational and business readiness for new partners.* Support the channel in strategic planning, contests, and compensations to achieve business objectives.* Other support regarding business development and strategy as required by business from time to time.

* Bachelor’s degree related to economics, business administration, finance, etc.* Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in both English and Vietnamese.* Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to execute projects effectively.* Proficient in MS office applications* Detail-oriented, teamwork, and hard working
