The People Operations Specialist (HR Admin) will be responsible for handling office administration, reception duties, HR paperwork, travel logistics and support in organizing company events. This is a people-facing role essential in maintaining an efficient, professional, and employee-friendly workplace. If you are an organized self-starter who is outgoing and wants to make an impact to people operations and happiness, we want you!WHAT YOU WILL DOOffice & Administrative OperationsDevelop use and management policies for office supplies, food & beverage, equipment, and service provider engagements.Develop facilities management and maintenance policies, and engage vendors for supplies and services.Handle payments and invoices for office-related expenses.Reception & Employee SupportWelcome visitors, candidates, and partners.Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general office inquiries.Assist employees with daily administrative needs.People Operations Administrative SupportAssist with onboarding, offboarding and related support.Handle work permits or visa procedures for foreign staff.Travel & LogisticsSupport in policy development and book flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff or guests.Prepare travel itineraries and related documentation.

EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.Work ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or travel coordination.Experience handling administrative procedures for foreign employees will be considered an advantage.Experience in developing administrative and operational policies will be considered and advantage.SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.High proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite and IT collaboration tools.Problem-solving ability with a service-oriented mindset.High attention to detail and accuracy.
