Job Responsibilities• Liaise with regional and global internal customers, and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration• Evaluate quotations from vendors, give cost-feature trade-off directions and determine tooling optimization• Manage model makers on-site to develop engineering prototypes• Propose mechanical design solutions• Evaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directions• Ensure production output aligning with committed target in technical perspective• Evaluate the development plan, oversee and manage the development against the quality, cost & schedule baselines• Evaluate product development schedule• Oversee and lead on-site the team and their development activities• On-site review on production line setup for inland or overseas manufacturing vendors
