Mô Tả Công Việc
- Shift inspection and rectification
- Complete work orders as requested by the Supervisor.
- Initiate/report work project required for systems.
- Implement the preventative maintenance program
- Implement the Work Order about plumbing from another department.
- Ensure plant rooms are checked and cleaned and are in operating order
- Investigate reported faults for equipment and repair as process.
- Ensure smooth and accurate running of operations based on the given tasks
- Reports any sanitation issues to supervisor.
- Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls, water piping systems, tubs, toilets, water heaters, conditioners, and other plumbing fixtures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vocational Trade certificate or diploma in certified heat, electric or HVAC.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Operation of hotel or similar as MEP Technician.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese& English is a must.
