Process Engineer (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong) - Salary Upto 27M/month

Position Objective: • Achieve all Process Engineering, Production’s specific target and Autoliv Vietnam generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment…) for IE. Position Scope• Report to the Process Engineering Manager• Follow and promote all ALV Vietnam policies and procedures. Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities) • Install, operate, and optimize production lines according to technical procedures and standards.• Operate machinery and ensure smooth production processes.• Investigate product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stable operation, efficiency, and product quality.• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues during production.• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.• Train and guide operators on proper machine usage and safety procedures.• Prepare technical reports, operation logs, and propose technical solutions.
