Job Description: Procurement OfficerJob Summary:Mermaid Maritime Vietnam, a Danish owned company, seeks an experienced Procurement Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of Procurement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, Business development team, engineers/technicians in the workshop, and the procurement team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• Procurement: o Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors. o Support Sales and Business development team in all aspects of procurement activities. o Make market survey to a specific product or service in case of necessary. o Optimize procurement processes and procedures, procurement activities and operate in accordance with the company's existing procedures. o Advise internal and external on issues (including Customer clearance procedure) regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions. o Responsible for meeting company's budgetary expenditures and continuous cost reductions. o Follow-up with Suppliers to get a timely response. o Perform other tasks as required by the Sales and Commercial Manager.• Collaboration and Communication: o Collaborate with the Sales and Business development team to understand customer requirements and ensure product quality aligns with their expectations. o Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve quality issues. o Work closely with Import-Export officer to resolve custom issues.• Reporting: o Prepare weekly / monthly reports for Procurement management, highlighting any issues or improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.• A minimum of one year’ experience in Procurement, preferably in the Marine or Oil and gas / Wind farm offshore industry.• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and systems.• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.• Proficient in using management software and standard office software.• Fluency in written and spoken EnglishSkills:• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work productively with all teams.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:• A Danish and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.• Competitive salary and benefits package.• A role that is crucial to the company’s operational efficiency and quality assurance
