Product Costing Manager

Less experienced will be considered to costing accountant;Strong knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners;Highly collaborative with solid change management skills;Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people.Exceptional analytical skills and ability to provide proactive solutions with limited direction and input;Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level;Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage;Experience in ERP systems is a must;Personal Quality Requirement:Has strong affinity and plan execution abilityClear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.Able to handle emergencies.
