- Define the Product Strategy and Roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining the key milestones and deliverables for successful delivery.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Specify market requirements for products by conducting market research.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
- Develop and implement functional specifications.
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, and translate customer needs into deliverable features through writing and refining epics and stories.
- Plan, manage, and control the product cost to make sure it is completed within budget.
- Lead a team to deliver the product on time and within budget.
- Establish metrics and goals for the product that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of software product management experience.
- Have experience with Agile Methodology.
- Must be experienced as Business Analyst in Wireframe and Functional Flow Design.
- Proficient in English skills (Communication, Reading, Writing)
- Having an understanding of software as a service.
- Can manage multiple work streams and/or projects concurrently, and deliver on time.
- Proven track record of driving high-impact projects that require strategic thinking, analysis, business planning, and execution.
- Proven ability to innovate, especially in creating designs that go beyond what users ask.
- Confident, solution-oriented, independent worker.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Having IT technical knowledge is a good plus.
