- Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech companies or startups.- Graduated from universities majoring in IT, Economics, Technology ..- Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis and using product analytics tools.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various departments and convey information clearly.- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and related technologies.- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and customer-oriented, with the capability to make quick and accurate decisions.- Team Management: Proven experience managing large teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.- Experience in the social commerce, e-commerce or marketplace domains is a plus.
