Product Owner (English)

We are hiring a Product Owner with a strong product foundation to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive engagement with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in product ownership, excellent English communication skills, and a background in UI/UX. Experience in AI-powered workflows and hands-on experience in light coding or low-code development is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities: Own and manage relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring seamless service delivery. Oversee multiple projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations. Develop strategic roadmaps to align our solutions with client business goals. Advocate for deeper engagement, identifying opportunities for service expansion. Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance product workflows. Drive product development from ideation to launch, including defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, gathering requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design teams. Conduct market research and user interviews to validate product ideas and define key features. Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value and customer needs. Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-launch iterations to continuously improve the product. Be able to take on project management responsibilities when needed, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Timezone Coordination: Align with US timezone, which could be early morning starting from 6 AM or late in the afternoon up to 11 PM, depending on project assignments.Office Commitment: We encourage you to work on-site at least 2-3 days a week for team face-to-face discussions when needed.
