ABOUT THE POSITION: This person is based at our Vietnam factory and responsible for production and technical issues from NPI to manufacturing. This role will primarily focus on improving and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as analyzing and improving existing processes for the whole Factory.Essential functions and key responsibilities are:● Own & drive pre-production and production phase to ensure product meets requirements.● Support prototyping phase to ensure product meets requirements.● Study assembly methods and calculate cutting time for products.● Investigate root cause, take countermeasures and improvement for reduction defects.● Resolve problems using solutions that involve new techniques and technologies.● Searching, selection and execution to invest machines, equipment, tooling, sub materials for manufacturing, Prepare necessary items for implemental new products.● Improve process for ensuring capacity and reducing cost.● Prepare and update QC sheets, manuals, check sheets for manufacturing section● Evaluates and resolves production issues, technical feasibility and design optimization.● Evaluates the electrical component quality and supplier performance.● Coordinate with the quality control team to fix and improve product quality.● Support for production in terms of job requests.● Observe safety and housekeeping at workstation.● Technical detail report making and periodically report to the supervisor.● Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience:● At least 3 years working experience as production engineer.● Have experience in sewing machines.● System processing experience - specifically, SAP.● More experience of sewing machines is advantageousSkills/personal qualifications:● Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.● Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with other teams● Reading & analyzing technical drawing interpretation, 3D modeling, engineering documents.● Proactive, aggressive, high level of autonomy, well-organized and hardworking.● Ability to prioritize and follow-up on issues with method and efficiency.● Good communication and presentation skills.● High level of autonomy, experience in working in fast moving.● Good at MS Office & Internet Application.● Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to technical design.● English communication is an advantage.● Team works to solve problems that happened during production and advise on corrective actions.● New product regulatory requirements control experience is an advantage.Education and Certifications:● University degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
