Production Manager

Our Production Manager will play a key role in overseeing the inspection and management of materials for various projects, ensuring the company's needs are met in both the import and export of goods. This position is critical to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our operations, as well as supporting the successful delivery of our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of Cloudwell Water Technologies rainwater harvesting and filtration products and related equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability. Plan and forecast inventory based on project schedules.Warehouse Organization: Maintain an efficient, safe warehouse layout for optimal storage and easy access. Implement stock rotation and ensure proper handling of equipment.Team Leadership & Safety: Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate accurate and timely shipments to clients. Work with transportation teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues.Reporting & Documentation: Track inventory and shipment records, providing regular reports to management.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
