Production Planning Control Staff - Furniture Industrial

To ensure the efficient planning and scheduling of production activities in line with customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacities. This role helps optimize resource utilization and on-time delivery performance.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/JOB DESCRIPTION1. Production Planning & Scheduling • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and available capacity. • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure availability of materials and resources. • Adjust plans proactively in case of delays, machine breakdowns, or material shortages.2. Data Analysis & Reporting • Monitor actual production output versus plan, analyze variances, and report to Manager. • Prepare production reports, capacity utilization reports, and delivery tracking. • Maintain accurate planning data in ERP or production systems.3. Cross-functional Coordination • Liaise with Sales (Coreone – Danish team), Procurement, Inventory, and Quality departments to align schedules. • Communicate clearly with the shop floor to ensure understanding of plans and priorities. • Attend production meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.4.
