Position Objective: • Coordinate, correct and prevent the product quality problem returned by customer.• Control and ensure the product quality.• Support Quality system, lesson learns for new launches.• Drive Continuous improvement within quality organization. Position Scope • Under the direction of Production Quality Manager, to ensure adequate quality of products are available to meet inspection and testing requirements based on regular and customer requirements, Production Planning, Test Center, and Human Resources.Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities) • Lead problem solving process to eliminate root causes of nonconforming products for both customer and internal concerns. Ensure problem solving activity are effectively managed & close.• Maintain and follow up the Close Loop Corrective Actions.• Establish ln-process Quality for customer requirement.• Stop production to correct quality problems.• Coordinates the disposition and hold of all suspect products.• Conduct appropriate activity such as quality audit, quality workshop to prevent quality problem.• Verify a process release process during trial new model/engineering or process change.• Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production and identifies risks.• Implement Statistical Process Control at key process characteristic (based on requirements).• Conduct appropriate MSA analysis to qualify a measurement system in production line.• Manages internal supplier issues.• Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned• External failure cost control by quick containment actions in the event of customers claims.• Actively involved in phase 4 of APDS project, working together with Project Quality.• Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops.• Support an internal audits, customer audit and third party audits.• Make Quality Status Report by monthly as well as data analysis.• Communicate with all relevant staff to get support as needed.• Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employee’s needs and training.• Implement and maintain Autoliv Standard.• Maintain good housekeeping-5S. Environmental and Policy Deployment.• General assignment required by Production & Customer Quality Manager.Key Challenges • Zero customer complaint (NCE-S)• Zero critical quality issue (CAT-A)• No repeat problem (effective problem solving).• Achive Quality KPI.
