Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support project coordination for our Australia-based customer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and engagement skills, the ability to ask pertinent questions, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and at pace.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Act as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and the Australia-based customer, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.
Proactively ask questions and seek clarification to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Foster a positive and productive working relationship with the customer and internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international clients, particularly in Australia.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
