- To efficiently manage and oversee new projects for the company and our valued customers.
- To execute project implementation, conduct trial production, and collaborate with customers to confirm sample approval.
- To ensure a smooth transition, transfer approved projects to the relevant department for mass production.
- To effectively manage specific projects, including setting up, monitoring, and controlling the entire project schedule, as well as establishing project quality targets and plans.
- To maintain open communication with customers and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- To manage helmet projects, molding projects, or other projects, set up, monitor, and control the entire project schedule; establish project quality targets and plans.
- To foster collaboration with internal departments and establish comprehensive internal technical documentation.
- To meticulously review 2D/3D CADs using Rhino software.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with English fluency being essential.
- Proficiency in graphics software is preferred.
- Experience working in the BD department of a plastics factory is highly desirable.
