The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery and leading project teams to implement IT solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives. Role responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting the adoption of Agile best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues to ensure project success Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management Ensure strict adherence to GFT’s project management methodologies, standards, and best practices Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.
