Our mission now is to build powerful direct-to-consumer brands and maximize customer lifetime value.We’re currently seeking a strong passion for consumer fashion and highly organized Project Manager with a proven Agile background (Software/Tech industry) to join our Fashion Product Development team.In this role, you'll take full ownership of managing timelines, resources, budgets, and performance metrics across our fashion product development team. Leveraging your Agile expertise, you'll build structured processes, closely track team progress, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Prior fashion industry experience is not mandatory; however, a willingness to quickly adapt, learn, and effectively collaborate with creative teams is essential. You will regularly interact with expats and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all development projects.WHAT YOU WILL DOProject Planning & Agile Process ManagementDevelop, standardize, and optimize Agile project management practices including task breakdown, sprint planning, retrospectives, and detailed reportingClosely manage and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products and milestonesIdentify potential risks or blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them before they impact deliveryPerformance Monitoring & Decision MakingContinuously monitor and analyze team performanceRegularly gather and interpret key data points (velocity, completion rates, resource utilization, development milestones), ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievableEnsure performance metrics and project priorities stay aligned with business objectivesGenerate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision-making at leadership levelsCross-functional Coordination & CommunicationServe as the central point for cross-team collaboration, maintaining alignment of goals and prioritiesFacilitate structured meetings with clear documentation of discussions, actions, and follow-up responsibilitiesTeam DevelopmentSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities within your teams.Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and provide coaching to continuously improve team performance

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (HUST, FPT University, University of Technology, NEU...).Work ExperienceMinimum of 5+ years managing software or technology projects.Proven track record working in Agile environments (Scrum methodology).Technical SkillsExcellent project management skills, especially task breakdown, prioritization, timeline estimation, and milestone trackingProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence)Strong analytical skills with proven experience interpreting data and creating insightful reportsDemonstrated ability to proactively address project and process-related issuesSoft SkillsStrong facilitation and meeting-management skills (structured agenda, effective note-taking, follow-up)Strong listening and root-cause identification skillsProven capability to resolve minor conflicts constructively within teamsOpen-minded, eager to learn, comfortable acknowledging knowledge gaps, and rapidly adapting to a new domainAdditional RequirementsAble to learn quickly and show a strong interest in the fashion industry, especially in product, fabric & materials, and design aestheticsFluent English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), confident in direct communication with international teammates
