EC-CUBE, Open Platform in E-commerce: We will entrust you as PM of System Development Solution with E-commerce "EC-CUBE".To MANAGE Software Development Project including but not limited to Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Resource Management, Risk Management, and Quality Management.To WORK with Resource Manager in Japan for Adjustment of Resource Control, etc.To CO-ORDINATE with Technical Architect for Technical Risk/Issue Detection and ManagementTo CO-ORDINATE with QC Team to Define/Tailoring Software Development Process, Quality Control Process to Ensure High Quality Product base on Quantitative Quality Standards (ISO, CMM)To CO-ORDINATE with other project Stakeholders such as Requirement Definition Team, QC, CC etc. to make sure that the Projects meet Clients’ Requirements.To MANAGE project Cost via Estimation and Daily Timesheet.To ORGANIZE a united team where all team members can Communicate & Contribution on Assigned Activities.To PRODUCE activity reports for all Operations of the team (Daily, Weekly & ad-hoc)To PARTICIPATE in the quarterly check point and annual Evaluation for all Project’s MembersTo PERFORM other tasks Requested by Stakeholder.To MAKE a development WBS and Schedule to ensure Delivery Product on Time.To DEVELOP and EXECUTE Strategy with YRGLM Vietnam members for Business Expansion.

Required Technical Skills:Necessary:University Degree, preferably in IT fieldMore than 5 years of PM Experience in a Project with 5 or more peopleMastered at least one Project Management Methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall/Agile/ Scrum, …)Experience in Ecommerce *EC-CUBE is a BIG PLUS.Experience of at least one Software Development Lifecycle and is familiar with othersExperience of Monitoring Project Quality, Risk ManagementMaster of at least one Software Development Estimation MethodProject QCD Management, Problem Solving SkillExperience in developing teams of 5-10 members.Proficient in development tools: Docker, Git, Backlog, Redmine, Jira.Communication Skills (verbal, written)Plus Point:Japanese SkillPassion for Services and Corporate GrowthSystem Development Experience with Japanese Companies/Joint Project Experience with Japanese EngineersHave Experience of Development Experience using the Cloud (AWS is preferable)Have Experience using Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc.)Education of Project Team MembersHigh sense of Organization and ResponsibilityExperience in using AI to accelerate development and ensure quality.※We’re welcome all candidates who have highly motivated, ambitious, and responsible spirit and aspire to become PMO or executive management candidates in the future!
