To ensure public area spaces are highly maintained, free of defects and its Cleanliness are kept to Hotel Standards.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing:
1. To communicate requirement tasks to PA Team and inspect their works in designated areas.
2. Completed check off lists to ensure all tasks have been carried out. Conduct disciplinary actions/ coaching if required.
3. To review the employee schedule and annual leave plan to ensure the correct allocation of resources in order to improve owner/resident/guest satisfaction levels as well as employee productivity and satisfaction
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experienced in room inspection job or at least has been doing self-checkers in 5-star properties.
• Able to do rotated 8 hrs shift works, in rotated designated areas.
• Able to use basic Microsoft Office Applications as well as sending/receiving emails.
• Able to perform office jobs
• Able to perform leadership skill, management skills as well as coaching skills.
• Ability to have basic English communication is a plus.
• No past injury recorded
