Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ensure smooth daily operation of Spa.
- Schedule treatments and staff schedules according to the spa's and guests' operational needs.
- Ensure all service standards are strictly met
- Make daily, weekly, monthly and yearly revenue reports
- Make a monthly report on usage of appliances
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining an adequate supply of products.
- Prepare other reports as required by management
- Explain in detail about treatment and suggest treatment to guests in a professional and polite manner
- Answer customers' questions to the best of their ability, ensuring customer satisfaction during service use
- Perform other duties as required by the Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Basic English
- Related professional experiences, preferable in hotel environment
- Energetic, passionate, good customer service and time management skills
