- Key Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and orders for various departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.).
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with warehouse and user departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with hotel policies and procedures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Good knowledge of F&B products, cleaning supplies, and general hotel operating supplies.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
