FUNCTIONSAs the Import and Export Coordinator, you are a key point of expertise and accountability for managing international logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. Your responsibilities include:• Shipment Planning: Coordinating and planning the shipment of our products to the right destination, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with business needs.• Customs Documentation: Accurately preparing, verifying, and consolidating import and export documents required for customs clearance.Additionally, under the Purchasing function, you will:• Manage the procurement of materials and goods, both domestically and internationally, to support production and trading activities, ensuring alignment with delivery plans and project schedules.RESPONSIBILITIES• Purchasing Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales and Production departments to establish purchasing plans that ensure timely production and delivery.• Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers to secure competitive pricing and the shortest lead times. Negotiate sales contracts and manage payments for international partners (via T/T and L/C).• Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics providers to handle EXW and FOB shipments, ensuring products are delivered to the correct destination on time.• Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit complete customs clearance documents and declarations using Ecus5 for both import and export shipments.• Goods Delivery: Ensure goods are delivered to the factory or office in good condition and within the required timeline.• Export Compliance: Apply for certificates of origin and other required licenses for export shipments, including special goods as mandated by law.• Domestic Procurement: Source domestic suppliers, negotiate sales contracts, and ensure goods are delivered to the factory in alignment with production schedules. Manage VAT invoices and supplier accounts.• ISO Compliance: Adhere to the company's ISO 9001:2015 processes for purchasing and import-export activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:• Graduated from University, major in Economics, Trading or related fieldCompetencies:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Strong analytical and organizational skills with effective planning capabilities.• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player.Knowledge:• Experience working with customs brokers or freight forwarders.• Familiarity with international documentation and transportation processes.• Knowledge of certificates of origin, including forms A, B, D, E, AK, VJ, AANZ, etc.• Understanding of ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite experience is a plus).Experience:• At least 2 years working in import – export field.• Skilled in verifying C/O with preferential tariffs.• Experience in domestic and international purchasing is advantageous.• Familiarity with utilizing ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite is preferable)Languages:• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
