- Manage all staffs to work direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered in time and undercontrol, develop and motivate purchasing staff.
- Identify and source new suppliers and vendors
- Manage suppliers selection process based on price, quality, support & develop and maintain relation with key suppliers.
- negotiate and manage purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers as procedure.
- 5Work close with chef and finance to ensure market list from local supplier is best price.
- Direct to improvement of purchasing processes in line to match organization needs and market conditions
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Have experience in 5* resort & hotel is preferred.
- Fluent in English and one other language preferred.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Strong organization skills, multi-task oriented and good time management
