Purchasing Staff

We are looking for 02 Purchasing Staff who are willing to join Contract team (Purchasing department) in Hung Yen Factory, details as below:• Control part cost price:- Quotation analysis and negotiate with suppliers- Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality comply with Panasonic's compliance policy- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost• Control part quality:- Work with suppliers to get countermeasure for Part Quality Claim- Control NG part quantity and issue Debit Note to suppliers- Make schedule to audit suppliers about quality and manufacturing process with QA & other Dept (if any)• Control all type of contract (MGPA, Fixed Asset Purchase Contract, Fixed Asset Lending Contract)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* YOUR BENEFIT• Competitive salary package• Health Care package from Panasonic Appliances Vietnam• Annual salary increase, bonus twice a year• 100% salary in probation time; languages allowance (English & Japanese)• Many interesting training courses from Panasonic Corporate• Company bus pick up from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh• All Sundays & 02 Saturdays off per month• Various events such as travel, sports day, family day, annual event organized by the company, etc.
