1. Define and Lead QA Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with VNGGames' goals, including test planning, risk management, and quality standards.2. Drive Process Improvement: Embed quality throughout the development lifecycle by initiating process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.3. Lead QA Team Execution: Oversee the QA team in planning and executing manual, automated, and exploratory testing efforts.4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure clear requirements and shared ownership of quality.5. Champion Shift-Left Mindset: Promote early testing and quality feedback throughout the development process.6.
