QA Manager (Tester, Japanese N2+)

Must haveAt least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in web and/or mobile application environmentsPeople Management: Minimum 2+ years of experience leading QA Engineers, with demonstrated capability in team leadership, resource planning, performance management, team well-being, and career development of team members.Expertise: Mastery of QA methodologies, relevant tools, and Web/Mobile development processes.Problem Solving: High proficiency in identifying organizational challenges and implementing effective solutions.Good understanding of QA methodologies (ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred)Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above (able to read Japanese documentation and communicate with Japanese stakeholders in daily work)PreferredExperience in test management within a product team or Agile/Scrum team environmentExperience working with SDLC optimization or Shift-Left quality initiativesExperience lead a team more than 10 members in multiple teams Experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience in test automationCommunication skills in EnglishExperience in development projects for Japanese companiesKnowledge of business flows in the Architecture/Construction industryExperience in non-functional testing (Security, Performance, etc.)Continuous Learning Mindset: A self-driven learner who continuously explores and adopts new technologies and methodologies to stay updated
