- Revenue Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
- Monitor booking pace, market demand, competitor pricing, and historical trends.
- Prepare revenue reports and performance reviews for management.
- Pricing Strategy & Distribution:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market demand, seasonality, and special events.
- Ensure rate parity and optimize room rates across all channels (OTA, website, GDS, direct bookings).
- Manage inventory distribution to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Forecasting & Planning:
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and budget planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align on occupancy and pricing goals.
- Adjust strategies based on market conditions and forecasted business performance.
- Systems & Tools Management:
- Proficiently use PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and other revenue management systems.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure proper configuration of pricing rules and restrictions.
- Identify system enhancements or process improvements.
- Team Collaboration & Training:
- Educate front desk and reservations teams on pricing strategies and promotions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and track promotional campaigns that align with revenue goals.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives that drive overall business success.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a 4-5 star resort/hotel.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and relevant hospitality systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to fast-changing environments.
