Monitor TNA (Time and Action): The Merchandiser will monitor the TNA, which refers to the timeline and action plan for each stage of the production process. They will ensure that all activities occur according to the established schedule and that key deadlines are met. 4. Ensure Timelines Are Met: The Merchandiser will work to ensure that all timelines in the production process are adhered to. This requires strong organizational and time management skills, along with effective communication skills to coordinate between departments and stakeholders.
