Main Purpase
- Determine recruitment needs, plan to find candidates and screen candidates who suit requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Post news, search, screen resumes from multi-channels; arrange interview schedules, directly participate in interviews for all vacancies; support to conduct reference check (if necessary)
- Search and select both paid and free multi- recruitment channels for each position; contact, negotiate prices, optimize costs with relevant suppliers such as recruitment websites, forums; sign contracts, request payment …
- Coordinate and discuss with line managers, department directors to define competency requirements for vacancies to accurately build job descriptions, candidate portraits, and provide ongoing support.
- Negotiate with candidates for job offer, follow and interact with candidates throughout the recruitment process until official employment
- Prepare onboard procedures, participate in integration training for new employees
- Manage information of potential candidates for future job positions, store employee personal profiles online, update employee data in the human resources system
- Search, organize, participate in recruitment programs: Jobfair, Career Talk,... implement programs and activities to promote the company's employer brand
- Manage, operate and develop recruitment media channels: Fanpage, Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo,... Come up with ideas for content, images...
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant human resource communities in the labor market, organizations/human resource service providers, universities... for recruitment; approach and attract talent; develop candidate data banks...
- Review monthly, quarterly, annual recruitment plans for the entire company, factory, farm; update recruitment reports regularly & periodically
- Carry out work to maintain, build up and improve the recruitment process
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Education
- College, University with relevant majors: Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing...
Experience
- Minimum 03 - 5 years of working experience in a similar position at large-scale manufacturing companies, with priority given to the food sector
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in recruiting mass workers, unskilled workers, technical staff in Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, PG/PB, Sales in Hanoi
- Ensuring the recruitment of enough, right people, right jobs, timely based on applying diverse methods, multi-channel to save costs, closely coordinating with line managers , department directors to analyze recruitment needs, select the most suitable candidates according to the approved plan each month and when the company has personnel needs.
Technical Skills
- Have knowledge and understanding of operations and organization of enterprises in the manufacturing sector;
- Strong skills in searching, screening and evaluating candidates;
- Analytical skills, understanding job descriptions, and sensitivity to the labor market;
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
Soft Skills
- Skills in arranging and organizing work scientificaly and effectively
- Skills in building and expanding relationships, agility and communication
