- Responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
- Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, department filing.
- Organizes and integrate files
- Be knowledgeable of the Company benefit programs and be able to answer common employee questions
- Create department reports, graphs, and presentation materials, maintain HR logs.
- Responsible for job functions of the Human Resources Department including staffing, employee relations, safety, record retention.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Must have Knowledge about Vietnam Labour Law
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
