If you're passionate about building strong relationships and making a meaningful impact, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Staffing Manager, you will take charge of our staffing operations (with a focus on APAC), ensuring optimal assignment of people to projects, while maintaining visibility of both near- and long-term supply (bench) and upcoming demand. How you will spend your time
Collaborate with your peers to strategically align individuals with projects, considering their goals, client requirements, team dynamics, and commercial viability.
Work with account teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date project information, facilitating efficient project staffing and planning.
Resolve staffing-related conflicts in the best interest of all parties, collaborate to find solutions, and drive to a resolution.
Lead regular meetings for APAC with internal stakeholders to stay informed about the future pipeline and anticipate potential capacity or capability gaps.
Participate in project staffing calls as needed, adapting to project sizes and scales. These calls will offer valuable insights into ongoing projects and provide a platform to address staffing challenges and opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with Practices, working closely with candidates to identify and secure suitable project opportunities.
Highlight skillset shortages to Practice Heads both from a short-term and long-term strategic perspective.
Co-own and continuously improve our global staffing processes and guidelines as a member of the Global Staffing team.
Provide guidance, training and coaching across the region for Staffing related topics (such as Insights, the Staffing Guidelines, processes, etc.)
Foster and advocate for the importance of good quality data in the journey toward becoming a data-driven organization.

What is important to us
Proven experience (5+ years) with Talent Pool, Workforce / Resource planning and Staffing management, preferably at regional level.
Strong understanding of workforce analytics and the ability to interpret Supply / Demand (bench) data for strategic planning.
Strong understanding of IT roles and the technical skills required for various positions
Experience with Digital services, Agile Software Delivery and Consulting would be beneficial.
Familiarity with client expectations in a professional services environment
A forward-thinking mindset is crucial to align staffing efforts with long-term business goals and anticipate future staffing needs.
A bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent in a relevant field.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and uncertain situations, navigating diverse viewpoints to reach optimal solutions.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and the ability to build credibility and trust with various stakeholders.
Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback, capable of handling challenging discussions.
Demonstrated personal and professional resilience with a willingness to make tough decisions.
Maintain composure and professionalism when managing conflicting situations, prioritizing the right decisions over popularity.
A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing highly responsive service.
