**Purpose of the Job/Job MissionLead and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the sales team. The key objective is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. Build and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development. Work closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of first-class delivery experience.**Essential Functions- Together with the BUs and SM, define where it makes sense to have direct sales by business area or by geography.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.- Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements.- Build creative sales strategy that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for new business unites and sales channels, especially in Rice Processing Business. - Management of multinational key customers- Represent the business beyond the sales department: tradeshows, sales workshops, sales semi-nars, and events.- Manage sales pipeline, budget and forecast monthly sales.

**Educational Requirements• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, technol-ogy, industrial engineering • English level: Conversational in business working environment.**Experience• At least 3 years of experience managing B2B sales.• Technical background in the industrial machinery business or similar industries, especially rice.• Experience in designing and implementation of sales strategy and budget control.• Sales management experience for industrial machinery will be a plus.• Have experience in technical rice processing field or related field is a strong plus
