- Maintains a daily room checklist.
- Meets with supervisor and takes on daily assigned tasks.
- Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
- Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
- Report guest complaints to supervisor immediately.
- Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
- Records room status in allocated section accurately.
- Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
- Creates and maintains floral arrangements.
- Carries out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.
- Creates a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.
- Actively participates in organized meetings.
- Performs other task assigned based on the hotel needs or requirements

- Job knowledge/ skill:
- Polite, courteous and helpful.
- Able to priorities requests effectively.
- Must be organized and structured.
- Education: Housekeeping certificate
Experience: Experience in housekeeping department in 1 year at the same position is preferred.
Additional skill required:
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees.
Able to speak in Basic English.
