JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLESAs Route-To-Market Executive, you are support & coordinate with RTM Manager in implementing & sustaining the whole agenda of RTM (Field Force Execution, DMS, Training …) at respective location:- Align and cooperate with RSM/SS to roll out and deploy RTM initiatives (RTM plan, Routing, Distributor)- Analyze, evaluate, and assist Sales Team to develop and deploy right RTM model and Sales team performance management and development.- Ensure performance of RtM execution plan by regionPERIMETERS OF THE JOB Number of reports (direct & indirect): 0RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?1. RtM Support (50%)- Task & Project: Ensure the effectiveness of implementation planning by Channel (GT/MT) and Region, RTM projects:• Ensure projects are implemented effectively (North Galaxy, Horeca)• Optimize sales resource allocation (Headcount) follow by RtM standard.(Optimise Cost-to-Serve)• Follow up and analyze projects to keep timeline on-track (by week, by month...) and propose improvement plan for ineffective regions.• Consolidate sales forecast (Weekly pattern) - Report: • Consolidate GT KPIs reports (RtM update, Sales KPI...) and MT KPIs reports (ASO, OSA, SOD, SOS) as well as analyze the data/facts to give insightful action plan to RTM • Maintain report of performance of sales at locations.2. Sales Cap Support (30%)- Deploy training program through E-Learning (CLS system).- Support newcomers in joining and learning in the CLS system (RtM Model, DMS system, etc.).- Report on the training program.- Manage communication design platform for internal communication.- Facilitate training sessions (in charge of training logistics: finalizing participants, printing materials, booking rooms/hotels, etc.).3. Others (20%)- Support sales conference/ event/ meeting as required. - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Requirements- University degree in equivalent.- Minimum 2 of experience acquired at the same level in field go-to-market with an international FMCG, dairy or food.- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.2. Skills- Have proven track record and growth of sales position with specific record in Route-to-market & distribution model.- Able to present with peers.- Energetic, organized, dynamic, self-driven, result and solution oriented.- Good communication, initiative, and priority setting.
