a. Search and implement sales programs over the phone- Planning to find customers mainly in the nail and restaurant fields in the US-Organizing, planning, and implementing sales programsb. Coordinate and manage department activities:-Develop and directly train/ retrain employees on services, products and communication skills, and customer persuasion-Coordinate with other departments to quickly handle customer’s complaints or problems that arise during using the services.-Responsible for setting plans and goals for the team to increase revenue and improve performance- Drafting working procedures for the team to ensure everyone always works according to company requirements.-Follow and motivate each employee in the group to ensure the KPIs of each employee and the entire group (quality, sales,...), and evaluate the effectiveness of each employee in the group to have direction for improvement.-Synthesize and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the Head of the Department.

- Graduated from University or above- Good English communication.- Have knowledge of business and market analysis- Have over 3 years of experience in a telesales/sales position, at least 2 years in a similar position.-5 days/week, from 10 PM to 6 AM-Ability to work independently and in groups- Skills in using the Internet and office computers- Skills in management, administration, planning and control of work- Skills to lead, inspire, and motivate teams- Presentation skills, understanding customer psychology in communication, and handling situations well- Planning and reporting skills
