• A solid understanding of international freight forwarding and Vietnam local logistics procedures.• Lead and define the strategic direction of the local sales team, ensuring alignment with budget, volume, revenue, and profitability goals.• Mentor and develop the sales team in growing Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and logistics-related business activities.• Collaborate with the oversea branches to support company objectives.• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive initiatives to improve performance.• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at local and global levels.• Promote best practices across teams to support continuous improvement.• Contribute to business planning discussions with headquarters.• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work culture.• Other ad hoc duties/tasks assigned by management.

• Prefer experience with min 3 years in freight forwarding company.• Possess FCL work experience in USA/Canada/Europe trade lane.• Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can take the pressure.• Strong interpersonal communication skill is required.• Business mindset with strong drive to excel.
