- Communicate with customers to provide product details, pricing, and support for inquiries.
- Arrange sample reviews with customers.
- Follow up on orders and samples, ensuring timely processing, production, and delivery.
- Coordinate with related departments (including Production, Product Development, HR, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Arrange final inspections between customers and the internal team to meet quality standards before shipment.
- Handle compliance documents, ensuring all necessary certifications and paperwork are in place.
- Review and submit carton layouts and AI labels for customer approval.
- Manage after-sales support, including handling customer complaints and coordinating solutions.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, showroom visits, and client meetings.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Goof communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in English
- Experience in handling overseas customers and/or upholstered furniture is an advantage.
