Functional ObjectiveBe responsible for managing and driving the sales team, including training selling skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage Membership Sales Revenue/ • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures company attainment of company sales goals and profitability/ • Responsible for the performance and development of Sales Manager in each club • Provide Sales promotion and membership sales pricing for approval as required • Create incentive structures for the sales team and membership retention programs • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines • Create corporate sales and targets 2 . Team Building/Training • Conduct one-on-one review with Sales Managers and Team leaders to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Performances and Sales Team • Provide weekly and monthly feedback to Senior Management regarding Sales performance • Recruit, train, motivate, manage Sales Managers and sales staffs • Prepare action plans for individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects3 Market research/ Planning/ Competition • Provide timely, accurate competitors’ pricing and sales activities • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market sector • Contribute to Sales promotion and Marketing plan • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed4 Database Management • Ensure all membership records are updated and build a strong database of enquiry and prospects • Maintain accurate records of all membership data, enquiry data, pricings, sales and activity reports.

• Years of experience in professional field/: 7-10 years of working experiences in sales management preferably in Recreation/Fitness/ Lifestyle or B2C products• Education requirements: University graduate preferably Business Administration, Economics, Trade, Marketing• Languages requirements - Fluent in both written and spoken English - Strong communication, motivational and team building skills - Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements - Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team and numbers• Soft skills requirements/Các kỹ năng mềm khác: - Friendly, out-going personality - Dynamic - Trustworthy and honest - Business mindset
