Participates in the development of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies.
Achieves individual and team goals within assigned market segment.
Maintains proper flow of information within the hotel by reviewing sales work file of assigned accounts
Maximizes productivity by ensuring that sold business is aligned with the Hotel’s yield management strategies
Ensure that all staff maintain up to date administrative account of all sales activity and account information utilizing computerized database system
Recommend and implement promotions as appropriate and in accordance with business plan
Represent the Hotel at relevant industry trade shows and events
Monitor market and competitor activity and carry out ongoing research to establish sales opportunities
At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public
Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing

• Good written and spoken
• English Strong knowledge of local business and business trends
• 2 years in similar position in international companies
