Define and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth for ConnectPOS in key global markets.Proactively Source and convert new business opportunities via inbound leads, outbound efforts, events, and strategic partnerships.Build, coach, and lead a growing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets as the business growsSet clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance cultureDeliver solution-based consultation: assess client needs, present tailored demos, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.Build and sustain strong relationships with B2B clients in domestic and global marketsRepresent ConnectPOS at key industry events and maintain relationships with strategic partners and enterprise accounts.Participate in handling RFPs, quotations, and commercial negotiationsCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer growthMaintain pipeline visibility and sales activities using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for sales leadership.

Must-have:Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or IT-related solutionsDemonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams, preferably across multiple regions or verticals.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and scale a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong strategic thinking and business acumen — able to influence product, GTM, and company strategy.Proven track record in deal-closing, preferably with enterprise & international clientsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personalityComfortable working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Operations)Preferred/Bonus:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldsExperience in POS, retail technology, or business software for multi-store operationsExposure to international markets (especially APAC, EU, US), especially track record of closing complex deals with enterprise or international clients.Experience setting up sales playbooks, onboarding flows, or sales enablement strategiesProficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
