Role and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Primarily responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the market for the company's products/services. Directly identify, approach, and persuade potential customers (B2B).Event Engagement:Engage in promotional events, exhibitions, and technology competitions alongside company executives to connect with and reach potential customers.Sale Strategy:Develop and implement a detailed business plan that aligns with the company development strategy.Team building and management:Recruit, build, train, and manage (as the company grows)Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers real estate management services industry.Market Research:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Presentation & Communication:Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.Sales Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance data, provide regular reports, and make recommendations for improvement.Perform other tasks as required by the superior.

Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration / marketing / or related fields.Experience:At least 5 yearsof experiencein the sales (B2B) field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in management or team lead position.Proficient in English and JapaneseStrong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business landscape.Excellent sales skills: ability to persuade, negotiate, close deals effectively, good in communication, presentation.Strong leadership and team management skills, proactive and highly responsible.Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:Experience selling facility management services: Facility Services; Cleaning Services; Security Management Services.
