1. Sales Plan Development:
• Design and implement strategic plans to increase the company’s sales.
Identify current market trends and consumer behavior.
2. Sales Team Management:
• Lead, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets.
• Build a positive work environment and encourage creative contributions from the team.
3. Customer Acquisition and Development:
• Seek and approach new potential customers through various channels such as media, industry events, and partnerships with affiliate partners.
• Build sustainable relationships with current and potential customers to enhance sales performance.
4. Goal Setting and Performance Measurement:
• Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.
• Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or any similar field.
• 3+ years of experience as a sales manager and over 5 years in sales staff, especially FMCG / Hair care.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead sale team
• Ability to develop sales and budget strategies
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English or Thai.
• Ability to drive the sales process and analyze sale data
• Pleasant personality and excellent attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
