The Sales Manager – North Vietnam is responsible for leading the commercial operations across 28 provinces from Hanoi to Ha Tinh. This includes managing an integrated sales team composed of internal employees (Sales Leader, Sales Executive) and outsourced Sales Representatives, while overseeing key distributors in the region. This roles needs to drive high revenue and market leadership.The position is based in Hanoi. He/she hierarchically reports to the Regional Sales Manager.• Lead a regional sales team of 1 Sales Leader, 1 Sales Executive, and 8 Sales Reps• Manage and develop 4+ distributors• Deliver sell-in, sell-through, and shop coverage targets• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both the internal team and appointed distributors.• Develop and implement the regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives. • Oversee weekly/monthly sales results from distributors to sub-dealers/shops across 28 provinces. • Ensure smooth execution of promotional and trade marketing programs.• Manage and evaluate the performance of 4+++ distributors. • Set and monitor KPIs including sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and coverage, conduct performance review• Coach and develop the sales team. • Own rolling sales forecasts and collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability. (PSI management)• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust tactics accordingly• Identifyand develop underpenetrated provinces, grow sales in Electronics Independent Channel/ or General Trade/ Traditional Trade• Strengthen partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and sub-dealers/shops, specialist.• Evaluate performance per distributor, per province, per staff and per product category.• Prepare monthly business reviews.• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure adherence to policies, credit control, and pricing discipline

1. General Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications• 5–7 years of experience in senior sales roles, ideally in Home Appliances, HVAC, heat pumps, water heaters, or water purifiers.• Well-connected with distributors and sub-dealers in above industries in North Vietnam.• Experience in large or international/top-tier domestic companies• Strong, articulate communicator• Proven achievements in previous roles• Strong presentation, forecasting, and analytical skills• Intermediate to advanced English• Proactive, detailed-oriented, good listener, hardworking, field-oriented• Professional demeanor• Willingness to visit markets and meet clients regularly, having integrity and career motivation clarity2. Key Success Factors• Extensive network of distributors and sub-dealers across Northern Vietnam.• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams.• Consistent record of achieving revenue growth and maintaining high market share.• Experience working in multinational or large-scale domestic organizations is preferred• Hands-on and field-oriented leadership style, adaptable to fast-changing environments.3. Preferred Personal Characteristics• Proactive and result-driven with strong attention to detail.• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northern region to engage with market and customers.• High personal integrity, professionalism, and commitment to long-term career goals.• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills to build lasting relationships and manage diverse teams.
