Summary

We are looking for Marketing & Sales Manager for our multi restaurant group

Marketing & Sales Manager leads the marketing and sales team in research, planning, creation, execution and analysis of the marketing and promotion of the company and its restaurants and bars. This individual will guide, mentor and work with a team as well as outside agencies to deliver trackable results that drive company sales and market share

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a fully integrated marketing & communication strategy for multiple brands & sites
   
2. Understanding of trending reports to create campaigns for the company
   
3. Build a strategic and effective marketing calendar
   
4. Oversee company’s policies and procedures on marketing & sales as well as implementation and training of policies
   
5. Build and maintain excellent relationship with suppliers and clients
   
6. Oversee all areas of marketing: ATL, BTL, TTL
   
7. Oversee all social media, PR activities
   
8. Maintaining company’s social media platforms and markets as well as updating website with current information
   
9. Leading and training a team of sales & marketing executives
   
10. Acting as company’s representatives in events and campaigns
    
11. Full budgetary control
