Sales Officer (Tenant Coordinator, Aeon Mall Ha Dong - 463)

Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity, and contribute to community life and culture.Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer (Tenant Coordinator) in AEON MALL Ha Dong- Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays- Job summary: Follow business and operation situation of tenants in assigned category. Support to improve their sales performance or operation to achieve the company’s targets. Support Sales & Marketing team’s campaigns/ activities to meet the mall’s targets.Detailed job description:- Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants’ situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (15%);- Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (15%);- Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (15%);- Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%);- Marketing support: support tenants’ promotions and AEON MALL Ha Dong’s campaigns, closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%);- Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in-out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%);- Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (10%);- Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).
